Megan M. Stoltz
Megan is an experienced mediator and family law attorney. Her mediation practice is focused on helping participants communicate effectively through their conflicts and encouraging them to look for creative resolutions to their disputes.
In a litigation setting, Megan is a zealous advocate for the best interests of children and other legally vulnerable individuals. She is routinely appointed by the Court to act as Guardian ad Litem (GAL), representing the best interests of children or at-risk adults in custody and placement disputes, paternity, child abuse, termination of parental rights, guardianship, probate, and other matters. She has presented at the State Bar of Wisconsin and the University of Wisconsin Law School on GAL topics.
Megan received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and then undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
